Main Street Art’s Festival Vendor Application

 

To ensure that participating vendors have a good experience we only allow 1 booth per franchise.  Booth space is sold on a first come first serve basis.  Please remember that this is an Arts Festival and merchandise should reflect that.

Before submitting your application please email the Festival Vendor specialist to check availability. ( For your specific items )
To help us understand the products/Artwork that you would like to sell, please attach a picture of the product/Artwork to your email.

Additional Information: Applications for Food Vendors MUST be submitted by August 10th with proper permits. You will need to provide your own table(s), cover, flooring (for food vendors ), extension cords (12 Gauge 100 foot) if you need power, and Hose ( 50 foot ) if you need Water.  You are responsible for picking up your area, and leaving it clean. You WILL NOT be allowed to return next year if you do not otherwise do so.

Release and Waiver: I agree to abide by the rules stated. I understand that all promotion of my items must take place within the confines of my booth. I further understand that the Arts Council of Magna and all their representatives are not responsible for or liable for damages including, but not limited to, the loss suffered before, during, or after the event I have applied to as a result of the display of my work, equipment or material. I understand that there are no refunds under any circumstance. The Arts Council of Magna reserves all rights to refuse booth space based on event guidelines. If these guidelines are not upheld, my booth will be closed immediately and my funds will not be refunded.
