Applications for Food Vendors MUST be submitted by June 1st with proper permits, and June 20th for non-food vendors.
You will need to provide your own table(s), cover, flooring (for food vendors ), and extension cords (100 foot, 10 gauge) if you need power.
Only 1 vehicle per booth will be allowed into the park. There are NO exceptions! You must be set up in the park no later than 1pm. Park events do not start until 1:30pm.
You are responsible for picking up your area, and leaving it clean. You WILL NOT be allowed to return next year if you do not otherwise do so.
Release and Waiver: I agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and decisions of The Magna 4th of July Committee. The undersigned, for himself or herself, and such sponsoring organization, hereby acknowledges that all decisions of The Magna 4th of July committee (known as the Committee) are final, and to the extent permitted by Utah Law, releases The committee from any and all claims, damages, suits, liabilities and obligations of any nature whatsoever arising in connection with The Magna 4th of July Celebration.I understand that all promotion of my items must take place within the confines of my booth. I further understand that the Committee and all their representatives are not responsible for or liable for damages including, but not limited to, loss suffered before, during, or after the event I have applied to as a result of the display of my work, equipment or material. I understand that there are no refunds under any circumstance. The Committee reserves all rights to refuse booth space based on event guidelines. If these guidelines are not upheld, my booth will be closed immediately and my funds will not be refunded.
